Justin “Phoenix” Green – Music Director

Green a native of Prince George’s County began dancing at the age of 8 where he would begin to mimic dance moves from music videos. A talented musician as well dance became an afterthought as he focused on playing his saxophone. It would be when Green began gymnastics in high school that his passion for dance would ignite again. A street dancer at first Green has spent the last three years training in a variety of styles inclusive of Musical Theatre, Modern, Jazz, and African. He has performed in the Glynn Jackson Hair Show, Bronner Brothers Hair Show, Underground Music Awards, BET Blaze the Stage, and Capital Fringe Festival. Justin has also performed with local DMV artist Shi-Queeta Lee, Sherell Rowe, Maingirl, A. Tamaris, Kolton, and Harmony Muzik. Justin also dances with 3rd Degree of Shade. He aspires to be a Broadway dancer. This is Green’s seventh season with the OASIS Dance Company and he no longer is just a dancer but moving in the ranks from Production Manager and Musical Coordinator to DC Director the OASIS Dance Collective.

Steven “KaHos” Wilson – Executive Director
Teacher, Choreographer, Director, Visionary
Steven Wilson, age thirty three, has over 20 years of experience in the arts and entertainment business. Whether as a dancer, choreographer, teacher, director or planner; Steven continues to create memorable, innovative, breathtaking events and productions. Born in Norwich; CT Wilson began dancing professionally at the age of 16. He has been under the guidance of Gwen Martins, Kenneth Jenkins, The Debbie Allen Summer Dance Intensive, Broadway Dance Center, Alvin Ailey American Dance Studio and many more. His performances include stage, concerts and video. Steven is also the recipient of a host of awards and scholarships; he is also a National ACT – SO (The Afro – Academic Cultural Technological Scientific Olympics of the Mind) Dance Finalist. Steven attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA double majoring in both Drama with a concentration in Dance and Business Abministration with a concentrating in Fashion Marketing.
A teacher of teachers Steven has served on the faculty of Dance Express LLC, DREAM Studios, and Writers Block Inc. He has also taught master dance classes for Connecticut College, UConn, Eastern CT University, Saint Josephs College, Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, George Mason, and Spelman College to name a few. He has served on the boards of The Dance Express Dance Company, Wanda Alston Foundation, and X Rae Dance Company. Steven is also an accomplished and noted fashion show director, critic, and model coach, and has produced and directed shows for his production company Ovah The Top Productions based in Washington, DC where he is CEO. He is also the Creative Director for the fashion house House of Shavi. Wilson’s newest venture Wilson Entertainment Group (WEG) a public relations, event planning, management firm is set to launch in early 2015 His students can be seen on BET, MTV, SYTYCD, videos, and stages worldwide.ur paragraph here.
